Rel? | ? P. A. Jorgensen / Rel?
Rel? is partially the reason J?gersborggade got gentrified few years ago and is nowadays one of the most hip streets in Copenhagen. Approximately 8 or 9 years ago the narrow alley in the heart of N?rrebro was considered one of the city’s sketchy streets and definitely wasn’t brimming with cafes and galleries. Everything changed when Christian Puglisi decided to open a fine dining restaurant with a strong focus on sustainability named Rel?. Nowadays, the Michelin-starred restaurant, has been awarded as the Most Sustainable Restaurant by the SRA and is considered one of the top in Denmark serving a wide range of dishes all made from organic ingredients.
